Giffarine membership application
- Cost for an application document of 180 baht and the business operation manual and sale tools kit
- Complete the application form truthfully with clarity Submit the application form to the company or the company’s application premises
- Please present your membership card or notify your membership code when you make an order or contact with the company for your own benefits
Membership condition
- The applicant must be 15 year old or above on the date of application.
- The application must not be the existing member in the company’s system.
- In case of husband and wife (with and/ or without a marriage certificate) shall be considered as the same person and can share the same membership code.
- The applicant and the referee must sign their truthful signature in the application form, otherwise, will be considered as void.
- The application requires a copy of an identification card or any other card proving the identity of the applicant with the signature of copy certified. The signature must be matched with the signature provided in the application form.
- The applicant must notify the name and code of the referee.
- The membership status is lifetime except in case of resignation as per the company’s condition.
- In case of the membership card lost, or change of address, please notify The Head Office : Soi Aree Samphan 11 or any Giffarine’s business center within 90 days
Agreement for Giffarine’s members
I can the co-applicant have studied rules, regulations, and provision of Giffarine Sky Line Unity Co., Ltd. I and the co-applicant promise to proceed and follow the business plan and business operation regulation of the company as per the company’s document and shall conform the ethics and the business operation rules of Giffarine as per specified and/ or to be specified in the future. If I and the co-applicant as Giffarine’s businessman violate or support any mentioned violation, I and the co-applicant agree to pay for any damage caused to the company for at least 500,000 baht and will pay immediately as request.
Application venue
-Apply by yourself at any Giffarine’s business center on Monday-Sunday from 09.00-19.00 o’clock (except holidays of each business center)
-Apply through Giffarine Delivery on Monday-Sunday from 09.00-19.00 o’clock.
-Apply at the meeting in Bangkok organized every Tuesday at Indra Hotel from 17.00-20.00 o’clock.
-Apply at any meeting organized at provinces
Product order
The members can order the products themselves or order through Giffarine Delivery by following:
- Complete the order form Pay in cash and pick up the product themselves from the sale office at Phaholyothin, any Giffarine’s business center, the meeting in Bangkok and any provinces.
- Dial to order through Giffarine Delivery The service charge is according to the destination or the product weight call: 0-2619-5222 (only in Bangkok and its surroundings)
Product return
-The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and the product must be in good condition without any damage with the package. Please bring along the receipt.
-If you wish to return the promotional product, please return the give away product as well.
-The company will receive the good conditioned products from the member when he/ she want to cancel the membership. The company shall deduct the incentive and cost of prize given to the whole network. The money received voucher must be shown for the product exchange at all time.
-The used product can be exchanged with other product. Please bring along the receipt and the used product.
-Whenever you want to exchange the product, please bring along the receipt.
-You can only exchange the product at the Giffarine’s center where you purchase the product. In case you purchase the product from the meeting, exchange the product at the meeting or the host Giffarine’s business center.
Dividend payment
You can receive the dividend yourself at Phaholyothin office, any Giffarine’s business center and Giffarine Delivery on the 13th of the month. (Please present your identification card at all time.)
Contact any SCB branches The member must notify account name, account number, account type, and bank branch to the company.
Remarks: Please notify the company how you wish to receive your dividend. If there is any change, please notify by 5th every month.
Benefits of Giffarine’s businessman
-The member can receive the primary discount of 25% from the product shown in the catalogue.
-Income earned from the operation of the independent business by building the distribution organization, in which the company trains, will not have any cost.
- Accidental Insurance at sum insure of 120,000 -320,000 Baht
-Executives in Paradise level according to the company’s condition will receive accidental insurance at sum insure of 500,000-1,000,000 Baht and accidental medical expense at sum insure of 50,000-100,000 baht as well.
Tax payment
All benefits and prizes will be subjected to withholding tax in direct sale business.

Report of all the team members
is calculated from the point or Point Value (PV) under the following concept:
1. Gromax fertilizer product and any other agricultural products can be purchased with the discount of 25%, the commission is calculated at the rate of 70% of the discounted price.
2. For other products, after the 25% discount, the discounted price is equal to PV such as cosmetics products, household products, body and hair treatment, nutrition food, and water filter, etc.
3. Welfare product with the PV specified such as noodle, flour, lubricant oil, etc.
