       Becoming a Giffarine’s member is a potential business opportunity providing long term financial stability. This is why all the Giffarine’s members are doing their best to operate their own business and confirm the company’s rules and regulations strictly.  
       Essential key to success is operating the business effectively and respecting rights of one another to preserve the equal rights and benefits of all Giffarine’s members.
      Compliances for Giffarine’s business operation
      

1. Strictly comply with the rules and regulations
“Treat others like you wish others to treat you” This is considered as responsibilities of all members of Giffarine to comply with and follow the rules and regulations strictly. Rules and regulations violation brings withdrawal of membership.
      

2. Never persuade unqualified people to join our membersApplicants    

– must be 15 years old since they need to have responsibilities in many aspects such as legal transaction, organizational management, rules and regulations compliance, and financial responsibility.
               

 -  In case of husband and wife applying as our members, they can share the same member code.
                

- A new applicants must not be the existing member of the company.
       

3. Never persuade others to apply or buy high volume of products with an expectation of business benefits without real intention of product consumption.
       

4. Never exaggerate about the income earned from Giffarine’s business.
Present Giffarine’s business expansion plan and marketing plan clearly and correctly. Make a focus that Giffarine’s business is an opportunity to build up your work with a potential of meeting the goals, resulting in income and stability in your life, in which requires an essential key of attempt and real intention at work.
        

5. Never dump the product price
Sell the products at the specified price in the company’s catalogue strictly. Price dumping can reduce your potential profit and this can affect other businessman and cause confusion in the business operation as well.
        

6. Never display the product in department stores,
shops or any premises with an intention to sell to the consumers because our business expansion system is direct sale with multiple layers. Our sale promotion is mainly to introduce our business with a potential. Selling at the mentioned premises can destroy the business expansion system and can affect other businessmen as well.  
        

7. Never exaggerate about the products’ quality.
Always describe the product quality as truth with trustworthy and correctly present and demonstrate the product as per guaranteed by the company. Speak about the qualifications and benefits of the products as specified in the printing documents or product label. Most of all, speak of the product from your own experience of product use can convince the customers and earn good results from the suggestion.
        

8. Never abandon the customers
Always provide service to the customers with responsibility. Make a constant visit to the customers to introduce new beneficial products and always follow up with the result of the products sold. Try to gain product trust from the customers by providing the utmost service and satisfaction. 
        

9. Persuade others to join our business only when you are ready to take responsibility
Always provide help, consultation, and recommendation of how to operate the business to your teammates. Also provide training and small group of meeting to build up working spirit.
       

10. Try not to change or persuade others to change working group.
Always respect the unity of other working group. Unity is very important for selling plan and marketing plan, including for business operation. The company does not allow members to transfer themselves to another working group since this can lead to conflict and can destroy the business operation. 
       

11. Never use the member network to sell other products.
Always focus on selling Giffarine products, which have full responsibility to our customers. Giffarine’s members have a status of member partner, hence, the members shall not compete or exploit from the knowledge or member interrelationship in order to sell other products.
       

12. Never order or sell Giffarine’s products to other members or other working group.
Always order the product from your direct working group or from any Giffarine’s business centers, Giffarine Delivery, and sale meeting in Bangkok and provinces because this can affect your commission calculation directly.
       

 13. Never stock or force others to stock the products.
Stocking the product is not a correct way to operate the business. Also do not force other members in the same working group to stock the products at the higher volume than those of monthly sale. Such action is considered as pyramid business which is illegal.
        

14. Never violate the trademark of Sky Line Unity Co.,Ltd. and Giffarine’s products.
If any members need to use an officially commercial name or any trademarks of the company, please ask for the permission from the company.
       

 15. Rules of sale volume notification, commission calculation, and cash rewards receipt.  
 - Only gold star executives and above have right to notify position to their subordinates.
              

 - The amount of product order to be promoted for their subordinates must be the order of center gold star team only.
              

- For the commission, the members can receive their commission from your serviced business center.
        

16. Giffarine membership transfer
- The member can transfer their membership to other person as per specified in the application form or their relatives only. The transferee must be qualified with the condition of new members.
              

- All the membership transfer must be approved from the company and the company has a right not to approve. The decision is under a consideration of the company and the board of member management.
              

- In case of death, the company will transfer the business heritage to the member’s heir or those as specified in the application form.
              

- For the membership transfer, the transferee must be in the existing position of the transferor.
              

- After the membership transfer, the transferor has no right to apply with other working group.
          

17. Business cancellation
17.1 If any members of Giffarine Sky Line Unity Co., Ltd. intends to cancel their business, they have a right to return the products in good condition, including promotional materials, manual set, or promotional equipment to the company. The products returned must be purchased from the company within 30 days prior to the date of business cancellation notification. The company will proceed to refund the money to the member within 15 days from the date of product return. Thus, the company preserves the right to deduct the operating fee not more than the rate as announced by the commission board and also preserves the right to deduct any debts relevant with the contract as per the act no. 23 of Direct Sales and Direct Markets Act, B.E.2545 in which an independent sale entitles to pay.     
                 

17.2 When a member cancel the business operation with GIffarine Sky Line Unity Co., Ltd., in order to protect conflict of interest between working group, the company specifies condition of business cancellation as below: 
                          

- For star – bronze star leveled members wishing to cancel the business operation, they will not be able to rejoin the business within 6 months. For silver star – gold star leveled members wishing to cancel the business operation, they will not be able to rejoin the business within 1 year.
                        

- Mercury leveled and above members wishing to cancel the business operation, they can never rejoin the business.
          

 18. The product sale.
                

18.1 When the product is sold to a consumer, who is not Giffarine’s member, it requires a correct purchase contract, which is sold at the company premise. It specifies key content about the product satisfaction guarantee and product refund within 7 days. The member must refund the full amount of money to the customers and return the product to the company. The company will refund the money within 15 days from the date of product received. Thus, the company preserves the right to deduct the operation fee and the paid commission not more than the rate as announced by the commission board.  
                 

 18.2 To contact and sell the product at the consumer’s premise or office or other’s premise or office or any other premise, the member or the independent sale must have permission from the consumer or the premise’s owner. The member or the independent sale must not do any action considered as causing disturbance or annoyance to those people. Also the member or the independent sale must present his/ her Identification card and Giffarine’s member card or independent sale identification card issued by Giffarine Sky Line Unity Co., Ltd.
          

19. Giffarine membership termination.
The company shall file a document or a written letter to a member to suspend his/ her membership if falls into any one or more case as below: 
                 

19.1 A member does not provide correct information in the application form.
                 

19.2 A member seriously distorts information about the company, products, or marketing plan in which can not be retained by other punishment. 
                 

19.3 In case that a member violates any rules and cannot be retained such violation within 14 days.  
                 

19.4 A member disturbs the membership organization within his/ her own working group and inter working group.
                 

19.5 A member defames or does any action to cause damage to the organization and the company.
                 

19.6 In case of multiples rules violation.

The membership termination is completed after passing the board of membership management.
(Termination means termination of membership of any person completely, including the right to receive any income from a membership, either existing income or future income after the termination. The termination is effective on the date of written notification to other relevant members)
            

 20. Member’s actions leading to punishment
- A member violates rules and regulations of the company.
                   

- A member makes any action to cause damage to the company or the company’s product.
                  

  - A member makes any action to cause damage to the business operation.  
                  

  - A member notifies or presents the false information about himself/ herself or false information about the company’s business.
             

21. Punishment
                    Step 1  Warning in writing
                    Step 2  Suspending the sale volume of the month, including the commission of the month.
                    Step 3  Membership termination
             (The company preserves the right to terminate any members as per the company’s consideration in case that the company can prove or has any reliable cause that such member perform as no. 19. The terminated member will be notified in writing to his/ her updated address). For this punishment, the company can consider to punish in any method as per the company’s consideration.   
            

22. Agricultural product
The company provides agricultural chemical products i.e. Gromax fertilizer, Top-N, Turbo-Max, Magnesia, Megga-Zinc, Borocal, Bright Green, Modem, Liquid Iron, Germinate, Zincozize, Farine S C, Siltacide, which are products to be sold in a permitted business center only. Therefore, the members need to buy the products from the permitted business center only. These products cannot be sold in other premises.
